  • Early-bird registration ends on September 9, 2007, so please be sure to book early!
  • Registration fee for both medical students and pre-med students includes admission to conference workshops and banquet
  • Please be sure to fill out all contact information, banquet entree selection and national board information on the next page.
  • Note: Attendees will be required to show proof of identity at conference check-in. Pre-med students will be required to show their student IDs.
